DFI LP UT Ultra-D Fan Speeds?

I just got this mobo and LOVE it. The only issue I have is it keeps off my CPU fan and my one case fan on boot? How do I set it in my BIOS to keep then on ALL the time regaurdless of temp? I have tried using the PC Health part of the BIOS but it won't quite work :x

I have not found a way to keep them on regardless of temp. I had to set the minimum shutoff temp really low and hope the temp stays above that. I have found this to solve my issue.

If you go into the temp status area I beleive you can set the minimum and maximum shutoff temps for the cpu, pwm? and the chipset. I just let my system idol in the bios for a little while to see its lowest temps then adjusted them accordingly.
