ABIT BL7 (non Raid) AND ITS Intel 845 chipset?

WHy does win98se tell me that with this board my Aureal SQ2500 vortex will not operate with all of its features intact due to it being on a secondary PCI bus and not primary? Ive plugged it in other PCI slots to no avail. What is the difference with this chipset, does it have multiple PCI buses? Can someone explain please?

I think the best way for u to do now is just read the Manu once again, see if special description about that particular PCI slot.
