HIS X800GT IcqQ Pipes Unlockable?

I puchased the last HIS Hightech HX80GTOQT256GVN Radeon X800GTO 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 IceQ from newegg and I have been trying to find some good information on softmodding. I am not sure what the core is on this model because it is out for delivery and was hopeing someone might have an idea on what can be done to this model. Can the pipes on these be unlocked or can I mod this to a X800XT? I already know the procedure I just dont want to attempt anything with this card untill I know its a go.

Note: This is the GTO and not GT or GTO2.
