Heard there is no DOS in Windows XP.
(I know this is not true) [well, maybe not...]

How do you people flash it then?

you flash the bios before winxp boots, like make a bootable floopy with the bios update (which most do automaticly) then go into the bios and switch the boot sequence to A:, c:...... pop the disk in and let it go.

Thanks for the replies.:D
I just flashed the newest bios to my epprom chip.
Thanks again.:D

I copy all the Update files to an empty floppy, (or CD) use the Windows Boot Disk, choose Command Prompt (shift+f5) then put in the floppy and there ya go.

More chance of being succesfull as it doesn't load anything!!!!

P.S. I also unplug the HDD.
