I ordered the parts this afternoon. I wanted a top of the line machine to play the newest games.

Nice, the 2x 8800 Ultra are a waste IMO, but I guess the fastest is the fastest, no matter what the cost.

You're using a 64bit OS right? 4gb is kinda pointless if not...

$2368.15? I am throwing the BS flag. . . where are you ordering your parts from? I only ask, because the cheapest 8800Ultra I can find is $830 for ONE. You have 2, so thats at $1660 already. Just for your graphics. Add $970 for the QX6700, and the pricetag is already up to $2630. And thats not even counting the $230 for the case, $400 for the harddrives, $400 for the ram, $240 for the Mobo, or the $300 for the powersupply.

I wish I had your supplier. . .

I have been recently searching for the same components. Where did you get your parts?

You are crazy... No need to go for Ultras, good cooling and SLI GTX are way more than overkill to anything.

*Wants your rig*

ditto, give the insider up! im going to be building a new rig in the next year or so and if you get those prices now I will get a killing 9 months from now

Deal of the year if you got it for $2,300 ;)

Awesome components. I give it 9/10 for wasting money on ultras :p J/K. High(est) end is high(est) end. Period.

i don't know...

depends on what this rig is going to be for.

also, what the monitor and the cooling is.

it's kinda hard to o/c those 4-cores as is, with 2 x ultras (huh? really?) damping the hit inside the case it's even more so.

post what you clock you'd get with it.

No water cooling? What about a better PC case??
Dont forget the 30" DELL monitor...

We want to see pics when its done ofcourse...

Get that bad boy on water =P.

I would choose another motherboard. not a big fan of evga motherboards... i would spend another 10 bucks and get an Asus.

If i was you i would look into 1KW PSU.

Great specs, post up results
