Medusa headset problem

Whenever im on skype and im playing CSS or any other game, my friends on skype can hear me play clearly, every shot i take every nade i throw, they can hear it. So it seems that every sound i receive gets played over the mic.

im thinking my soundcard is causing the problem because ive never had this problem before.

i have the following:
SB Audigy 4
medusa progamer headset

anyone?

Have you checked the input setting in Skype? It might be set to record using the "What You Hear" input, which records any sound from any program. Make sure you have the record option set to "Microphone" only.
