ftp and vista....

i'm running a network of 7 computers here at home and i also run a ftp server for all my music and files, never had a problem until yesterday i swapped my router for a dlink di634m instead of the beastly siemens router i was running before. everything is working great except ftp no longer works with any of my vista pcs (2) but the xp machines can log in and use the ftp just fine. on the vista machines (same prob in ie7, explorer, filezilla and ftr i'm portforwarded and everything no firewall.) i'll type the address in and get the login, type the right info in and then it says connection was reset. here is the ftp log from my server

ideas anyone? thanks in advance - oh and it happens reguardless if i use my private address or my public one

Turn passive mode off in Filezilla and try it then. Its most likly the issue.

well, i went into filezilla and changed to active mode only, and now i can get access to my files, but is there any way to get access to them through internet explorer? or firefox? it doesn't make any sense why it only happens on my vista machines... any ideas? (and when i had my old router i could access them w/vista... really doesn't make any sense to me)
