Haven't come across this one yet.. 3dmark2001's system details will show 0mb total physical memory. Running 3dmark results in *** performance, ~59k 3dmarks as opposed to ~67k.

Maybe it is a bug as I see you have 8gb of memory...what about the newer 3dmark?
 
Not sure, I'm running the latest version of 2001 before it was discontinued (330).. I'll cry out to the heavens if I can't run 2001 as my fave benchmark anymore. 06 runs, and gets slightly lower performance but close enough for the most part.
 
LOL, 8GB and it thinks you have 0 :D

I wonder if 01 uses a direcpll.dll similar to 05/06? I could also be a Vista problem.
 
I ran into that numerous times back when I actually cared about benchmarking things. I believe it was indeed a bug that they apparently never fixed.
