When you cf, do the cards have to be by the company?
Like if I were to have 2 HIS cards and wanted to add another, would it have to be another HIS?

Nope, as long as the cores are the same, you will be ok ;)

ASUS P5E, the Maximus Formula is not worth the money.

And with CrossFire, you can mix GPUs, as long as they're the same family.(ie 38xx 29xx 19xx)

Can you put a physix card along with cf? Would it be a gaming benefit? I know I wouldn't dare use it for benching.

You can put in a PhysX card with pretty much anything... but I wouldn't even bothing paying $10 for that thing, it's worthless because it's flawed and no one supports it.
