Over clocking e2140 to max

I have an e2140 @ 2.8 ghz with 1.356 vcore on a abit ip35-e. My cooling is a vortex tx with a upgraided fan. My temps runing occt max out at 49c. I want to know how high the temps can be with out damaging the procesor during casual use. Also how high I should set the vcore to get 3.4 ghz. thanks

Overclock in little 5Mhz steps, don't just jump the gun. You should run load temp no higher than 65C IMHO. As for the vcore to get to 3.4GHz, some chips will do it at less vcore than others so you just have to find that out for yourself really.
