Paranoid Agent... Encyption Backbone

So lately I've gotten a bit more paranoid about electronics in general (can't explain why though...) and have started looking at making my compter a bit more private. I was wondering if anyone else is also paranoid and what they use to keep there files/certain partitions safe. Already running Tor with a /dev/null dumping VPS proxy and numerous encypted VPN's for internet usage but I'm worried about physical security breachs.
