people hearing my computer sounds in Skype

Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it? People can hear my windows sounds in skype and my game sounds. Kind of annoying for them to hear me shooting all the time, or when I select units in a strat game.

And YES, I use headphones.

SB Audigy 2 card.

I recently did a reinstall and prior to that, didnt have the problem. Using same drivers as last.

Mute anything except the microphone in your Sound Control Panel (recording)

Check the "stereo mix" setting in the recording section of your audio panel.

Echoing the above: Sounds like you've got your Line Out as your selected recording device. Go to your windows sound panel and select your microphone as your recording device.
