Running BOINC and benchmarks

I was wondering if runing BOINC counts as a cpu stability test? Cause both my cores are pegged at 100%. And the temps are a rising lol.

BOINC will stress your CPU, but please don't send results when your overclocking unless you're 100% sure you're stable, when your unstable you could send bad data to the server flawing things.

Oh I know i'm stable at this oc for sure. I was just wondering because my cpu was at 100% for about 14 hours yesterday lol. I am new to the whole folding/seti@home stuff. Real interesting stuff.
