quake3 demo needed

hey guys, i need some help..

somewhere along the line, i seem to have lost the original demo001 demo that ships with quake3 arena (the one that is WIDELY used as a benchmark for vid card testing, etc). if someone could please let me know where i can find it, or send it over to me, it would be much appreciated. tia
