Use DIMM 0 or DIMM 1 slots for a Intel DX48BT2 MB

I am using an Intel DX48BT2 M/B with CORSAIR XMS3 DHX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) memory, am I suppose to insert these into the DIMM 0 (Blue) slots or DIMM 1 (Black) slots?

I am reading conflicting information from Intel.

same color, doesn't matter which.

This takes 5 seconds to test. Just power up with any config. I know my mobo prints out Interleaved.
