This is a record of the various rigs I've put together as part of the SETI Farm. This way all the misc. postings for farm projects and new machines can be in one place instead of scattered all over the site in many smaller threads.

For those that don't know, SETI machines crunch 24/7 and our unofficial by-line is No off switch! These machines get shut down for maintenance about once every three months and power failures, which is maybe once a year. :D Guess I'll start off with the pics I've already got on the site and just work onward form there ...

I'm allowed to post in here right...? I feel out of place with no one else posting.

I just want to mention that I love your taste in artwork. It's magnificent what the artist has done here. A truly functional piece I might add. ;)

I have to ask, are all of these systems on one loop? I can't really tell from the pics, but they look like they're all on the same loop.

Sorry for the huge time delay here. The forums had some kind of issue with e-mail notification and subscriptions so I deleted all of mine for testing. Guess I should re-visit my other threads as well!

Thanks for all of the great responses! I actually enjoyed coming up with Picasso. :) The tilt was originally there to help airflow across the GPU - it's a passive sink. From there it was one of those *lightbulb* moments to make everything else out-of-whack as well. :D

Picasso and QuietIce (my sig rig) are on the same loop. Other loops shown are all stand-alone. My sig rig loop was my first and has two MCP-655's, which I insisted on for the same reason people have RAID1. Obviously there's a lot of extra power there so I added Picasso into it about a year later when I changed rads. When my main rig is eventually replaced I'll probably keep Picasso on the main loop as well. I've even been toying with the idea of adding a third rig into that loop - it's not like the dual MCP-655's can't handle it. ;)

You're always welcome to post in any of my threads, Chance ... :)
