So i was playing cod4 cranked up didn't notice there was t-storm power went out and now my computer stays at the boot screen for the bios for like 10min i finaly got it too boot up am i in need of a new mobo? this happened to my old computer but i dont remember anything happening like this too it never realy checked i had my video card on the way so i just put this together and called it good

I have had to wait now almost 20min to get into windows don't see a splash screen for it anymore.

I have a corsair hx520 that is only about 3 months old could i send it in if it is the problem?

I now think it maybe power supply i was trying to view a youtube video and it just rebooted it has done it when i have tryed to play cod4 but only afte a while of playing

What power supply are you using? A decent PSU will probably arrest the surge, failing which it will die at the line filtering stage, saving other components.

Not like nade to miss something

'i have a corsair hx520'

try doing a hardrive benchmark, I know when my hardrive was faulty it lead to very long bios times.

I did miss that! :)

What does SMART say in the BIOS? I would not discount the PSU either, but then you have to go about swapping parts. Also, don't forget to try different cables for the HDDs.
