What kind of OC to expect from a E7200?

I have searched the forums, but the result seems to vary a lot.

I currently have an E6300 @ 3.36ghz, and am thinking about using it for something else and get an E7200 for this computer.

I have a GA-EP35-DS3L that can do 500 FSB stably (tested at 6x500).
I also have an OCZ Vanquisher (similar performance to AC Freezer 7 Pro).

What kind of OC can I expect from a M0 stepping E7200?

They tend to do 3.6, if it's a really, really bad batch, and 4.6 if it's a really, really good batch.

In general, they do about 4GHz.
