AMI Bios

Hey guys, I'm kind of new to overclocking and I'm having some trouble. First off, I'm overclocking a q6600 on a Biostar Tpower I45 board.

Is there anything special I need to do to be able to change the cpu frequency? It is at 266mhz default but the Bios will not let me edit it. It is not grayed out but it will not let me edit it. I have turned speedstep off for the record. I have also flashed the bios.

Under the O.N.E. menu hit enter to select normal/automatic/manual overclock. Default is normal, hit enter on that and select manual.
