Is it normal for Prime95 to take longer on one core?

I'm testing my E2180 at stock with two different copies of Prime95 and saw one of the Prime95s being more ahead than the other.

UPDATE: Use Prime95 25.6. That appears to solve the unsynced core problem.
You're not required to jump through hoops to load both cores with 25.6.

You're not required to install 2 copies of Prime95 with 25.6.

Yes that's normal. If you're browsing the web or running any apps (other then P95) that would require CPU horsepower, its not gonna be able to give 100% of its CPU load to running P95.

Basic example: Running P95, and Firefox. One core is running P95 @ 100%, the other core is sharing its load between Firefox and P95. Say Firefox takes 20% of its load and P95 the other 80%. The core running P95 at 100% would obviously get through it faster then a 2nd core only running it at 80%.
