Interesting... wonder if they copied it from AMD? Maybe it's just an easy bug to introduce/overlook, I don't know enough about engineering to know.

Makes me wonder though if we should wait until they fix it before jumping on the core i7 platform.

I've read somewhere there's a workaround; a simple BIOS update.
Don't know if those are released yet though.

It was on Fud previously I believe. Looks like there's actually something to it.

Most of the early phenom users reported that the bug was only rarely encountered. Maybe the same case here? I don't know...
