Quicker startup questions.

hi all,

I'm just wondering, I have 3 samsung spinpoint HDDs, when i bootup it seems to be seeking from all 3 drives making it slower. If i were to disable the other 2 hdds before shut down so that the next time i boot up its only got 1 hdd to seek from, would this make it faster. then when its booted enable the other 2 hdds?

in BIOS you should be able to point it to the primary drive you want to boot from, look for Hard Disk Priority or boot order, or something similar to those.
