I have a set of twinx CMX512-3200C2PT corsair memory sticks.. I have played around with the settings to get the best #'s but im not sure what to set

Also when i went from 3-3-3-8 T2 @ to 2-3-3-6 1T @ 200mhz (What they are rated at)
my Read speed went down 20 or so MB/s
my Write Speed went up a little under 200 MB/s
and my Memort Latency went down about 4ns
But this causes instability
Also i was thinking about getting a 1Gb 2-3-3-6 stick of Gskill, to match?
