cheap crappy LCD tv's ? ( I don't care if its not wisecreen and 420 friggin I )

I want a crappy LCD TV for cheap, my mother's satellite feed is 420i max, and doesn't do wide screen, and satellite's all she's gonna watch on there, so it'd be a waste to get one that's even 420p and wide screen, I'm looking for something bigger than 20 inches, don't care how much bigger.

MUST BE LCD (will be putting it on desk support shelf), so it can't be too heavy IE no CRT.

Anything good out there? Any neat places to look for something like this?

as cheap as possible, brand name doesn't matter... she won't be using it often anyways. As for how cheap, as cheap as possible, preferably south of $300.
