I'm planning on building a Gaming PC, and I'm going to OC it (CPU and GPU), and anyway, when OC a GPU, do you need to attach a fan to it? And if you do, could you guys suggest a good, reasonably priced fan for my GPU? The GPU is a Sapphire HD4850 HDMI 512M.

This si depends if you keeping the stock cooler or not. If you keeping the stock cooler then no, if your changing to an after market cooler then you will want a fan.

If your keep the stock cooler just up the fan speed to 100%

If your changing the cooler, i cant really help unless you tell me what cooler you'll be using.
