Need help finding apps for new W7 user

Hi guys got my hands on W7 Ultimate, thing is I need all the programs that I used on XP but dont know where to find W7 versions, here is a list of a few if anyone Knows where to find them,

Realtemp __ or any other recommended temperature monitering software

Prime95 or OCCT

CPU-Z

Rivatuner __ I would really like this back or can someone recommend another VGA OC'ing app.

I believe all of those will run fine in Windows 7 as is. Pretty much any program for XP or Vista I've used has run fine in Windows 7 ... including most drivers.
