Just been playing again and tightened my ram timmings and my core voltage has been upped still running good temps too with the vapochill mirco.

Sat at 3.37ghz, cant get the fsb above 380 no matter what voltage/settings i use :(

Limitation on the mobo i think then? P5K

Normally that CPU/board doesn't have a limit that low???
We need more info to help out...specifics man ;)

Here's a BIOS template for the P5K that you can fill out showing all of your current settings (disregard the settings in the template, and replace w/ your own)...

I was running a Q6600 G0 on a P5K MB over a year ago and I saved my OC settings. I'll post them when I get home from work.

I only got stable to 3.6GHz and then I stopped so here are my settings.

SPEED GHz
FSB FREQ -450
CPU RATIO - 8
CPU VOLT. - 1.375 (My vid was 1.263v)
CPU PLL VOLT. - 1.7v
FSB VOLT. - 1.5v
DRAM VOLT. - 2.1 (DDR2-1000)
NB VOLT. REF. - 1.7v
CLOCK OVERCHARGE - 1
DRAM COM. RATE - 2N
LOAD LINE CALIBRATION - ENABLED
CPU GTL VOLT. REF. - .63x
NB VOLT. REF. - .67x
CPU SPREAD - DISABLED
RAM - PC2-8000
RAM FREQ - 900MHz
FSB:RAM - 1:1
CAS# LAT. - 5
RAS# TO CAS# DELAY - 5
RAS# PRE TIME - 5
RAS# ACT - 15
C1E SUPP. - DISABLED
CPU TM - ENABLED
VANDERPOOL - DISABLED
EXEC. DISABLE BIT - ENABLED
MAX CPUID VAL. -DISABLED
PCI EXPRESS - 100
FSB STRAP TO NB MHz - 400

NOTE: I used different RAM. Since you are using DDR2-800 you won't be able to use my RAM settings, unless your RAM overclocks really well and you loosen the timings. You might have to use the 9 multiplier with a lower FSB instead of the 8.

Hope that helps.
