Well i dont know if it is a home theater of surround.
But tomorrow i will recive the home 5.1 and i have my 2.1 and in 2 days my cousin will have her party and im in charge of helping with the sound.
Well i was thinking that if i need power, i will have to connect the 5.1 in the main (green) and in the other jack , the blue, my 2.1.. .is that possible? or i will damage it somehow?? ..

Please some1 tell me :D

Also i have an :

ASROCK N68-S
ViA HD AUDIO 1708s
Codec ALC 662
(supports 5.1)
1 green , blue, pink jack
2.1 speakers
5.1 speakers.

Just get a miniplug splitter and put them both in the green if you're worried about it.
Such as this one (also available in most radio shacks and best buys):

If your party was on the 22nd, then I guess this post is too late, but at least you know for the future
