Good day OCF,
After 4 years of faithful service, my Emprex HD3201 32" LCD TV is showing signs of defect. There are now several vertical lines on the screen that make it unwatchable. I've been pulling my hair to try and get in touch with Emprex, but apparently they don't have a support line, nor do they bother to answer their e-mails. I've read on another forum that BTC in Fremont, CA does the actual service repairs so I figure I should contact them. No reply either! They have a phone number listed, but it appears to be disconnected.
So my question is: have any of you guys ever had to service an Emprex product? I know they're not the best brand so I'm almost certain that someone here as had to return a product to them for service. Any info would be appreciated.
