Sim Games (Sim Mall)

I have just been reading a review of Sim Games. I also had a peak had a few screen shots. I normally love sim games but come on Sim Mall. I have also seen Age of Mythology is coming out. I would like to see some new hit games on the market rather than take offs of hold ones. Has anybody played Sim Mall? To me the graphics look tired.
