the corsair hx650W its good for this system:
i7930 overclocked 4ghz
sli 2 gtx 460 1go
cooler master
case 2 FANS 120 mm
hDD green
4go 1600 G skill
ASUS X58 chipset
LG Black 6X BD-ROM 16X DVD-ROM 40X CD-ROM SATA Internal Blu-ray/HD DVD-ROM & 16X DVD±R DVD Burner Model GGC-H20L

that i should buy 750w

I guess the best way I can say this is if I already had the HX650 would I run your setup, Yes, If I were actually buying the PSU to run your system I would want to go with the 750 watt version. So in the end do I think the 650 can handle it, Yes, I would just feel more comfortable longterm running it with the 750 watt model.

At stock clocks, that system will take ~500-550w.
OC it and that goes up.

So if you aren't planning much OCing the 650 is fine.
If you plan to OC a bunch (really, if you plan on touching the voltages), get a 750.
