im looking for the best case for another build
to support two Phobya Xtreme 400 - 60mm V.2 - Full Copper

About the only one I can think of of hand that they would fit into without major modifications would be something like a thermaltake core x9 or maybe a Mountain Mods case. Do you already have the 400mm phobia rads? If not I would suggest different radiators that will offer similar or better performance and will fit cases better. Neck of you went with the core x9 you could fit 4 x 480 rads if you really wanted to.
