HD 4890 CTF No display

So I took my HD 4890 out of the case to blow some dust off the fan/heatsink, after I re-installed the card I now get a CTF led light on the card. I have no display whatsoever. I dont see how it could be getting that hot instantly so any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Sure you connected the psu to the card? I once spent like 30 min checking everyting possible and it was that :p
 
Lol, Figured out what was wrong... pretty stupid but anyways the switch on the back of the PSU was on the wrong watt/voltage. Never thought that would have a diffrence.
