Some questions about overclocking I7 930

Hi,

My friends has bought an I7 930 and I thought I would help him overclock it.
He has a Noctua NH-D14 so there should be no problem in the cooling department.

However, I am not familiar with intel since I own an AMD so i just wanted to know if there are any differences overclocing an intel versus amd? It has some turbo feature for example? What is that about?

Also some basic questions:
- What should stock voltage be?
- What are the maximum accepted load temps?
