Is this normal?

Hey everyone,
At the moment I'm working on getting my new PC put together and what not. I'm almost 100% sure that the only thing left for me to do it plug in stuff. Though I'm stuck on this one thing. On my PSU I have like 10 plugs for fans and what not, but theirs only 1 'PWR In' on my fan wiring and it seems strange. I also have alot of 'Fan Out' plugs. Lastly there is an unmarked one that looks almost the same as the Power one, but I can't be sure. Basically is it normal to have alot of fan connections and only 1 or 2 power connections?

i think hes referring to molex seen as their is no psu with 10 of another connector..
