do i need to oc via bios or gigabyte utility easy tune 6 advance option will work.
i want to keep my cpu core temp under 80 so,please post details keeping in mind the conditions.
thanks in advance.

i just need those value to be changed & exactly matched accroding to my configuration e.g: cooling.

There is no way to do that. Every setup is different. Just because you have the same motherboard and CPU, does not guarantee you the same results. There are many variables. The easiest way to do this is to read the guide, consider it an adventure, learn a little bit, and ask questions if you need help understanding. We can get you close, but it's ultimately up to you to dial the settings in.
That being said, start with these basic settings:

200 bclk, 20 multiplier
2:8 memory ratio
Set your ram timings manually
Enable LLC
Disable Turbo, EIST, C1E

CPU Vcore to 1.3V-1.35V
CPU VTT to 1.325V-1.35V
Dram Voltage to 1.65V (or whatever the ram spec's say)

This should give you a good starting point. Read the guide, figure out what does what, and start inching your voltages down to reduce your temperatures. In the interest of the longevity of your components, you'll want the least amount of Heat/Voltage as possible. Let us know if you have any questions.

just copy pasted from the following link
http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=653255
...just have to change the bclk to get 3.8 otherwise if i gave it 200 it would get upto 4.2Ghz which i don't want it.
real temp max core temp 82.max cpu standalone 66.aida 64 extreme edition temp-66,core 76,75,67,69
is there anything needed to be changed.pls note that i have a tri channel ddr3 6GB corsair ram & the cooler is tt spin q vt that's the only thing that is different from the above link.

First off, copy and pasting settings based on someone elses overclock is never a good idea. Overclocking takes alot of learning YOUR setup to achieve the results you want. Someone may be able to run their system with 1.2vcore while yours may need 1.4vcore. It will benefit you greatly to learn how to do it yourself.

Now as to your other question, what did you use to test this system after your o/c? Prime95? IBT? I'm assuming you used something which is where you came up with the 82` Max cpu temp...

oh another thing.can somebody confirm me that my does my mobo has south bridge temperature sensor? i am only getting north bridge temperature.i am using AIDA 64 extreme edition.but,my previous mobo which was an intel DQ965GF an lga 775 socket mobo had showed south bridge temperature.so,i know the software is ok.so,can somebody please confirm this issue
