Should I use Turbo Unlocker on mb???

What's up all. So I just finished building my 1st computer. Runs great, looks great. Mainly for gaming. My question is should I turn on the turbo unlocker that comes on the Asus M4a89td motherboard? Will I notice a big increase in performance? Any risks? Any special advise if I do choose to? Thanks for any thoughts!

I choose not to have mine on i find no difference when on or off.

If you plan on overclocking no. From what I understand it will limit you in the long run. I've never used it so I can't if it does though, I always turn/leave it off.
