I'm working on getting a CM 212 and push/pull. Right now it has a stock cooler oc'd to 3.2 in a Micro case. The plan last time was put my Megahalems on it and clock it to 3.8 like the rest.
I'll let Jason chime in though, but I know it's just going to fold and sit

If you can put it by a cool window you could run it on the 212 @ 4.20 - Does it have BIOS profiles?

That board is the same as the one that's already in use and for some reason it doesn't like staying stable above 3.65.
