This is the cheapest I've seen the family pack. If anyone out there is still working with XP or Vista this is an awesome deal. 3 upgrade licenses for $99. It comes with both x32 and x64 install media.

Still not a bad deal. If I am upgrading WinXP 32bit and want 64bit this won't work right?

you cant upgrade from any version of xp to 7 like you can from vista to 7. With xp everything is different, ull end up getting a window.old folder with the old install inside with XP

The upgrade DVDs basically do a full install. You can even install them on a blank hard drive. It's nice for me because when I waxed a hard drive I was able to reinstall clean.
