Is this FAH-speak for "You have an unstable overclock?"
I checked out the link in the error message and have no idea what they are saying.
FWIW I have just started running FAH and it would not be a huge surprise to me that FAH has uncovered an instability in my OC, but I would like to confirm before I proceed to work with that.
Looks like it either started that WU from the beginning or started a new WU.
thanks,
hank
Edit: Found this is a log file:
[14:24:41] Folding@home Core Shutdown: UNSTABLE_MACHINE
Got some work to do...
Code:
-------------------------------------------------------
Program Gromacs, VERSION 4.5.3
Source code file: /vspm58/VM/fah-converted/mnt/fah_windows_build/LinuxBuilds/gromacs-4.5.3/src/mdlib/constr.c, line: 176
[B]Fatal error:
Too many LINCS warnings (4905)[/B]
If you know what you are doing you can adjust the lincs warning threshold in your mdp file
or set the environment variable GMX_MAXCONSTRWARN to -1,
but normally it is better to fix the problem
For more information and tips for troubleshooting, please check the GROMACS
website at http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/Errors
