I currently have
-2x 1gb geil dimm pc2-6400 ( cl555ddr2800 5)
in my computer running dual channel. But i also have another
-2x 1 gb elixer pc2-6400 55512 2rx8 800 (Elixir M2Y1G64TU8HB0B-25C 1GB (1x 1GB) DDR2 )
lying around.

Is it possible to put all 4 in without loss of performance or is it possible to run them on 2 separate dual channels

currently running on dram freq 325 mhz 1:1 5- 5- 5- 15 cr rate 2T

My motherboard p35-ds3l rev2.0

"Supports DDR2 1066*/800/667memory
Dual Channel architecture supports up to 8GB by 4 DIMM slots"

thanks in advance

Lock,

Generally not a good idea to mix RAM sticks. Differing default voltages, timings and chips will revert to your slowest timings and highest default voltages which causes headaches making them run in sequence without errors, particularly if overclocking.

Your best solution is to get a matched pair of 2 x 2GB and sell what you have to offset the cost.
