Not to sure what to tell you, to be honest. Just choose RAM sticks that have the compatible frequencies with your motherboard, then have fun with your absolutely ridiculous amount of memory.
The board has 12 slots and accepts DDR3 2000 (OC)/1866 (OC)/1600 (OC)/1333/1066. If you were to use Tri-channel then thats 3 sets of 4 sticks of RAM at 4GB each. Honestly, I see this being very unstable and unecessary.
Brand wise... Corsair and Gskill are my top choices other main stream manufactures are also solid choices.
It's really hard to say if this config will be stable. Seems like any DDR3-1333+ will work on this board but I wouldn't expect to go much higher than 1600. Low timing or low voltage 1600 should be optimal so something like 3x of this http://gskill.com/products.php?index=392 or this http://gskill.com/products.php?index=417 . Better ask producer if they tested any of newer kits on this board as dedicated ram is kinda old and not really available.
Other thing is ... why 48GB ? you will make farm of virtual machines or what ?
