W7 Ult dll error

Hi,
After boot Im getting popups see attached. Basically some programes are being stopped from running. Net connection is possible. Updates to installed programmes are being stopped too. Avira, Malewarebytes, Hitman Pro and Win Adv Sys Care are all running , still the errors exist?

Looking at msconfig the services and processes are many, dont see an obvious intruder?

Any thoughts?

Try re-registering the following DLLs...

regsvr32 mshtmled.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll

... by copying and pasting each line above into the Run box individually, hitting ENTER after each, then rebooting.
