HIS IceQ X 6950 vs. EVGA 560 Ti SC vs. MSI 560 Ti TFII

Each of these is bundled with the i5-2500k. I really don't know which to get.
The 6950 has the best performance but highest price, and the 560s are about equal in performance and price, but the MSI runs cooler while the EVGA has a lifetime warranty.
Looking for any tidbits of experience or advise anyone might have concerning any of these.

I'd go for one of the nVidia cards if the rebate deal is true.
