4.7GHz Failure

Honestly i dont know where to put this question .
I was running at 4.7Ghz (it is stable) I firgured i would update my coretemp so i did, i deleated my old core temp downloaded the new one, put an icon on my desktop (i save everything on a differnt drive than my boot drive idk if that matters) then i decided to put cpu-z and prime95 icons onto my desktop as well (before i went into my f drive to open them) and right after i moved it all my PC shut down saying windows experenced a hardware failure i have no clue what happened or why

1.415 vcore at 4.7, its set to 1.415 but it runs at 1.425 at idle for what ever reason only at 100% load does it run at 1.415
