My First Intel Build

Heres My first intel build what do you guys think? Any suggestions on a CPU cooler that can do a better job than the 212 evo that will counter the heat issue with the new ivy bridge?

The best of the best air cooler ever is the Prolimatech Armageddon(cost about $75 with out fan)
The best all in one liquid cpu cooler is the Corsair H100 (cost about $110)
I also heard that the NZXT Havik 140 is a beast but haven't got a chance to test one yet ($75)

Budget?

TRUE Spirit 120/140, Thermalright MUX 120/140, NZXT Havik, H100, H80, Prolimatech Armageddon, NH-D14, Phantek's coolers, etc. There's a lot of options.

100 range since they sent me a bad psu so i had to pull my old psu out of my other set up so now i got 170 refund.

H80/H100 or an Armageddon with some really nice fans (Cougar Vortex or Scythe GentleTyphoon).
