So, I have 15mb of internet. When I play BF3 online in the desktop, while my brother is using the wi-fi in the laptop, I get like 550~600 ping and the internet in general is very slow.

Anyone has a similar problem or ideas do fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Does your bother use any file sharing software on the laptop? If he's seeding a bunch of shares that can eat up not just bandwidth but increase the overall traffic on the network connection, causing everything to start to crawl.

Hum, I checked and uTorrent was seeding a lot of things. I'll stop everything and try soon.

EDIT: It made a huge difference. Thanks dude!
