OK, I have a Volcano 5 colling an Athlon 1.3. You think its enough to keep the chip cool if I O/C it to 1.45 or so? Thanks...

maybe, depends on a bunch of things, like ur exact chip, cooling in case...ect.

what r ur current temps?

If you ever need to lower your temps a few degrees run an open case with one or both sides off. For me that would always mean a 10-15 F difference

There's only one way to find out... Do it. As long as you don't get your temps up in to the 60s your not going to hurt anything.

My guess would be that your not going to be able to make it go that fast using a Volcano 5, you'll probably need to get that CPU down below 40 C to get that much of an overclock. You never know though, some CPUs overclock very easilly, I used to have an Athlon 1 Ghz that would run at 1.2 Ghz at 63 degrees and still be stable.

You never know until you try.
