DQ35JOE boot problems

I Just today receiveed a motherboard ipurchased DQ35JOE and i have 2x corsair 1024mb ddr2 800mhz ram sticks 1x E5700 processer but nothing shows up on the screen and i cannot tell whether its the bios is the wring version because well i can see anything on the screen. All if the fans work and i tested the ram and processor and ram in another machine ive tried a pci video card and integretad graphics but still nothing ive tried the jumper pin on configure recover and normal i bought it here http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/INTEL-Mo...Components&hash=item4163d570fc#ht_4901wt_1139

I know the BIOS rev. needs to be at least 0933 in order for the board to support the E5700. Here's a list of downloads available for that board...

OK well i have 1143 but how do i install it when i cant see the screen

You need a supported CPU.

Im a ******. It is the ram the ram is buffered. If yout goto the supported ram site it will give a thirdparty tested ram list and my ram is buffered
