Hello everyone, i'm having an annoying problem that i couldn't solve for a week.

My mobo is: ep45c-ds3r // and the processor: q9550 e0

Well i can only bump to 3.74 ghz without crash in prime 95. 1 more mhz and small fft gives error in a minute. Being e0 revision, i'm quite sure this chip would hit 4.0 ghz.

Nothing changes this, north bridge voltage or the others :bang head

I've found out that my voltage is 'fixed' and cannot be increased. Whether i put manually 1.40 or 1.10 its always 1.200-1.216 in cpu-z and 1.220-1.236 in bios. :mad:

Cpu vcore is shown like that in bios:
Normal Current
Vcore 0.0000v Auto (+/- it seems changable but does not reflect on cpu-z or bios health screen)

I did;

1-) Resetting bios
2-) Flashing bios to F5 (it was f6a before)

Not working, can anyone help please?

Can you post pictures of the BIOS settings you're modifying?
If you change the Vcore does it stick after you save and reboot?

I had the gigabyte ep45t-ds3rl, which is similar to what you had.
